I would like to commend you for employing great people such as Dena Kyle.

Here's the story;

A year ago my 5 year old daughter was dignosed with stage 5 cancer, wasnt supposed to make it. Over the course of the year she endured 3 surgeries, removal of a huge tumor, her right kidney was removed as well as part of her liver and part of her left kidney. She went on to two weeks of intense radiation, 7 months of the strongest chemo available, and five months in the hospital.
 

Clare has always loved snakes and had wanted one since she could talk. When she began her fight, she again asked me for a snake. but couldnt have one because her immune system was destroyed. I promised her at that time she could have one when she had beat the cancer.

That promise kept her going many times when she seemed ready to give up. After nothing short of a miracle, and three more close calls with losing her life due to infections, she came through her last chemo in August and her immune system came back.

We then went to Animart in Madison where Dena helped me make good on the promise I had made to my little girl. Not only did she help me through the purchase and selection, but we needed some hand-holding shortly after we brought the snake home, concerend it wasnt eating. Dena again stood by my side. The last thing I needed was to have to explain to Clare why her snake died, when over the last year she had seen three of her little friends die, and had come so close herself.

So I extend a heartfelt thank you to Dena, to you, and to ANIMART for being first class. Dena  made a difference in our lives.

Another amazing Animart story to share. As you may recall my daughter, Clare, has stage 5 cancer. As part of her incentive to keep fighting, we have purchased a few pets from Animart, and the service has been excellent.

Well, two weeks ago, after a year in remission, a tumor appeared on her lung and she had surgery a week later. I had mentioned this to your folks at the Madison store when the latest tumor was found  when I went in to buy some supplies.
 

So yesterday, I had to buy more supplies and everyone asked about her. Later in the day when the mail came, I found a card for her signed by everyone! How cool is that! I will never shop anywhere else. Again thank you for hiring not only the best employees on earth, but individuals who are genuinely wonderful people!

We have had the opportunity to partner with your store to teach our children the importance of opening our heart and home to a pet needing a loving family. And because my children have seen first hand and had the opportunity to ask questions, they have learned the importance of spaying and neutering and have become responsible pet owners.

We feel Animart is far more than just a pet store. It has been and continues to be a stepping stone for a variety of animals from homes that maybe weren't able to care for them any longer. Animart offers that stone and assists in finding these animals a loving place to call home. It's wonderful to finally find a pet store with associates who truly care about the health and happiness of their animals. They are always willing to educate their customers to ensure that every animal leaving their care is going to a good home.

Dear Madison Animart Staff,

We just wanted to take a moment to thank you for all your help with our cat, Jack. We adopted him from you last fall. He was a rescue cat, and came to Animart very sick. You did a wonderful job helping him recover, and he looked great by the time we adopted him. Unfortunately, after we got Jack home, he continued to have occasional problems. Your staff was extremely helpful, both on the phone and in person while working with us to figure out what was wrong with him. They provided medications and check-ups free of charge throughout the whole process. We are happy to report that Jack is now a healthy, happy cat who we love to pieces.

Good morning ANIMART

Last night, we decided to take care of one of the most difficult tasks my wife Daniele has ever undertaken – the dreaded dog bath and nail trim! We love our 105 lb. black lab, Lincoln, but nail trimming and bath time are comparable to a professional All-star wrestling match with the trimmer and bath administrator losing or in need of physical therapy upon completion. Well, we took Lincoln to the new ANIMART store and Tim suggested the “party room” for the job. Lincoln felt very comfortable with Tim and with plenty of space, the nail trim went off without a hitch. Bath time was a snap as well. Tim did a great job! We wanted you to know that and how much we really like the new store. We will spread the word to all owners of “professional wrestling dogs” that the new store is the way to go!
