Animart offers the convenience of payment by Credit Card (Master Card, VISA, Discover) or COD money order.

SHIPPING CHARGES
FREE! Animart offers FREE ground shipping in the continental United States on most items if your order is over $150. An $8 handling fee will be added to orders below the $150 minimum.

Freight Charges will be added for all FOB/+FRT items based on their total weight and your Zip Code.  Refer to ZONE CHARTS for ground rates.  For air, common carrier, container and international delivery rates, Please call 608.242.2140 for shipping charges.  The COD charge is $9.50. All aerosol items can be sent GROUND ONLY.  If you need exact freight charges, please call us at 608.242.2140 or ask us when ordering to contact you with charges before shipment. 

SALES TAX
Wisconsin State and County sales tax will be added to your order as applicable. There is no tax on out-of-state orders. 
 
DAMAGES, SHORTAGES, RETURNS
Shipping Problems  Please contact our Madison store at 608.242.2140 with any questions or concerns about your order.  Report all claims, shortages or damages within 48 hours of receipt.  Keep damaged product in the original shipping carton for inspection by the carrier.  All orders are triple checked for accuracy before shipping.  Thoroughly inspect all packing material and boxes for smaller items before calling about shortages.  Please have your account # and original invoice # available.   
 
RETURNS
All returns must be pre-authorized.  Please have your account #, original invoice # available and call 608.242.2140.  Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.  Products may be returned if undamaged and in new condition or if covered by manufacturer warranty.  Vaccines, refrigerated or frozen items, prescription products, books, videos, special orders and hazardous materials are non-returnable.  Expired products are non-returnable unless refunded by the manufacturer and may be subject to a restocking fee.  The method of refund will be determined by the original method of payment.
